14 Day Exchange Guarantee

If for any reason you are not happy with your product purchase, Shashin Photos offer a 14 day Exchange Guarantee. This allows you to return a product you have purchased within 14 days and exchange it (at original purchase price) for any other product in our range.

Goods must be returned in original condition with the packaging and receipt.

Offer excludes perishables (such as film, chemistry and inks), special orders, demo models & run-outs. Some professional products are excluded.

The purchased items can be sent back or taken to a Shashin Photos store to be exchanged. Return postage is not included.
